There is a series of steps and activities that LUXURY CONSTRUCTION CO. follows to complete a construction project, from planning to execution. Our process may vary depending on the type, size, and complexity of the project, but it generally involves four stages.

How it Works

  • DESIGN CONSULTATION AND ESTIMATE

    This is where the fun begins. We will meet with you to get an idea of what your design desires are, and we will set the design budget.

  • SIGN CONTACT AND GET TO WORK

    Let’s work! Once the agreement is signed, we will begin the process and start the work.

  • 3D DESIGN SAMPLE

    Wouldn’t you like to see your idea before we execute the design? We will provide you with a 3D render of your space and the changes.

  • EXECUTE

    Once we set the deadline, we will begin the process and start the rennovation. You are on your way to your dream home.
